Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, digital products, and applications provided by Blue Bee Solutions LLC (“Blue Bee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a product, signing an agreement, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Effective date: October 17, 2026
Company: Blue Bee Solutions LLC (“Blue Bee,” “we,” “us”)
Website: www.bluebeesolutions.net
Mailing address: 4539 N 22nd St, STE R, Phoenix, AZ 85016, USA

If you are engaging us on behalf of a church, ministry, non-profit, or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Blue Bee Solutions LLC. They apply to our website, our services, our digital products, our mobile applications, and any communication or transaction connected to them. If a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between you and Blue Bee conflicts with these Terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into this agreement.

2. About Blue Bee Solutions

Blue Bee Solutions LLC is a digital agency based in Phoenix, Arizona (“Beautiful. Biblical. Set Apart.”) serving churches, ministries, non-profits, and Christian business owners in Phoenix, Yuma, and across the United States. Our work includes website design and builds, local SEO, social media management, branding, custom app design, digital products and templates, and mobile applications such as the Spiritual Gifts App.

We are an independent service provider. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any denomination, denomination board, or third-party platform we may use.

3. Services, Products, and Scope of Work

Our offerings are described on our Services, Products, and Apps pages. Specific deliverables, timelines, page counts, posting volumes, and revision rounds are defined in the package you select and, where applicable, in a written proposal or statement of work.

  • Website services — design and build engagements (Standard, Enhanced, and Premium tiers), delivered as one-time, monthly, or annual plans.
  • SEO services — audits, technical and on-page optimization, local listing work, and ongoing optimization plans.
  • Social media services — profile setup, content calendars, branded content batches, and ongoing management.
  • Digital products — template packs, planners, guides, and design assets delivered electronically.
  • Custom app design — concept, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for ministries and Christian businesses.

Work that falls outside the agreed scope is handled as a change order or a separate engagement, quoted and approved in writing before it begins.

4. Consultations, Proposals, and Quotes

Free consultations are an opportunity to learn about your ministry and recommend a direction. A consultation is not a contract and does not reserve a production slot.

Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. After that period, pricing and availability may be revised. A project begins only once we confirm a signed agreement and any required deposit has cleared.

Some products — including the Church Branding Kit, Website SEO Audit, and Design an App — are listed as requiring a consultation because the work is customized to your organization. Listing a price for these items indicates a starting point for scoping, not a fixed final fee.

5. Pricing, Billing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise:

  • One-time projects — a deposit is required to schedule work, and the balance is due before final handoff or launch.
  • Monthly plans — billed in advance for the upcoming service month and repeat until cancelled.
  • Annual plans — billed once per year in advance and include the same features as the corresponding monthly plan.

We accept payment through secure online processors, including Stripe, and by other methods we agree on in writing. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may result in work being paused until the account is brought current. We may add a late fee of up to 1.5% per month on overdue amounts where permitted by law.

We may adjust our published pricing at any time. Changes do not apply to an engagement already under a signed agreement or a paid invoice.

6. BETA Launch Pricing

Certain packages are currently offered at BETA pricing — a temporary discount of 20% off standard rates — while we expand our portfolio of ministry clients. BETA pricing is an introductory offer, not a permanent rate, and may be withdrawn or reduced at any time.

Clients whose engagements are accepted and paid at BETA pricing keep those terms for the duration of that agreement and its renewals, provided the account remains in good standing. Custom quotes are always available on request.

7. Taxes and Third-Party Fees

Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, GST, or other governmental charges unless stated. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be added to the invoice.

Third-party costs are separate from our fees and may be billed to you or paid directly by you. These can include domain registration, hosting, email services, premium fonts or stock media, plugin and theme licenses, Canva subscriptions, payment processing fees, and app store developer accounts. We will tell you about recurring third-party costs before you commit to them.

8. Digital Products — License and Usage

Digital products such as template packs, planners, and guides are licensed, not sold. On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own organization’s ministry or business purposes.

  • You may edit the materials and publish the finished output under your own brand, including on social media, in print, and in your own marketing.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, gift, or publicly host the files themselves, and you may not offer them as part of a product or service you sell to others.
  • You may not claim the original template designs as your own work or use them to build a competing template product.
  • A license covers one organization. Churches with multiple campuses, networks, or affiliated entities should contact us about a multi-site license.

Because these products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the download link has been issued — see Section 9 for the limited exceptions.

Spiritual Gifts App

If you enter a church code in the Spiritual Gifts App, your name, email, and assessment results are shared with that church's leaders (the pastor or admin accounts for that church in Kingdom Built) to help you find a place to serve. They are not shared with other churches. To remove your information, email contact@bluebeesolutions.net. Full terms: https://app.kingdomstrategy.net/terms/spiritual-gifts

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Pauses

Digital products. If a download link does not work or a file is materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will re-deliver the product or correct the issue. If we cannot do so, we will refund the purchase price for that product. Products marked “Coming Soon” cannot be purchased.

Ongoing services. Monthly and annual plans may be cancelled with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund amounts already billed for service periods that have begun.

One-time projects. Deposits secure your place in our production schedule and are non-refundable once design or development work has started. If you terminate a project in progress, you owe for the work completed to that point, measured against the agreed milestone structure. If we terminate a project for our own reasons, we will refund any amount paid for work we have not yet performed.

We will always try to resolve a concern first. If something is not what you expected, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it in good faith.

10. Client Responsibilities and Materials

To keep your project moving, you agree to provide in a timely manner:

  • Content, text, photography, logo files, and brand assets you want included.
  • Names, staff bios, service times, beliefs, and program details as you want them presented.
  • Appropriate approvals — for example, leadership or board sign-off — before launch.
  • Feedback and revisions within the round counts included in your package.

Delays in receiving materials or feedback may move launch dates. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by waiting on input we do not control.

You are responsible for having the right to give us the materials you supply, including photographs, sermon recordings, artwork, and trademarked names. You agree to hold us harmless from claims that the materials you provided infringe someone else’s rights.

11. Access Credentials and Account Security

Some engagements require access to your domain registrar, hosting, website admin, social accounts, analytics, email platform, or app store consoles. You remain the owner of those accounts. You should share credentials through a secure method, change them after the engagement ends if you wish, and revoke access at any time.

We use access only to perform the agreed work. We do not change account ownership, lock you out of your own accounts, or hold access hostage in a billing dispute. We will document the access we have been given and hand it back on request.

12. Intellectual Property

What you own. Your name, logo, trademarks, ministry content, photographs, sermon material, and other materials you provide remain yours. On final payment for a one-time project, the finished website design, code, and deliverables we created for that project are assigned to you.

What we keep. Blue Bee retains ownership of its tools, methods, frameworks, code libraries, design systems, checklists, and templates developed before or independently of your project, and of any know-how and general skills gained while working with you. Where these are incorporated into your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them as part of the finished work.

Transfer of rights. Ownership of project deliverables passes to you only after all fees for that project have been paid in full. Until then, we retain the right to withhold final files, launch access, or administrative handoff.

Portfolio and credit. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show your project in our portfolio, case studies, and social channels, and we may include a discreet credit or link in the site footer. We will not publish confidential or sensitive material.

13. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Our work depends on services we do not control — for example Stripe, Canva, Google (including Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile), Apple, Meta, YouTube, hosting providers, and domain registrars. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability, features, algorithms, and pricing can change without notice.

We are not responsible for outages, account suspensions, policy changes, rejections, or algorithm shifts caused by a third party. Where a third-party change affects a project, we will tell you and discuss reasonable adjustments.

14. No Guarantee of Results

We bring diligence, skill, and prayerful effort to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic volumes, donor or attendee growth, app downloads, sales, engagement rates, or fundraising results.

Search engines and social platforms change their systems constantly, and results depend on factors outside our control — your location, your competition, your content, and how your congregation responds. We will be transparent about what we are doing and why, and we will report progress honestly, but no marketing outcome is assured.

15. Content Standards and Ministry Alignment

Blue Bee exists to serve churches, ministries, non-profits, and Christian business owners. We aim to produce work that is beautiful, biblical, and set apart, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw from an engagement whose requested content conflicts with our faith and mission or that we believe would mislead the public.

We do not produce content that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or unlawful, and we will not be asked to misrepresent credentials, testimonials, reviews, or results. Where we publish content on your behalf, you remain responsible for its accuracy and for any claims it makes.

If you ask us to pause, correct, or remove published content, we will make reasonable efforts to do so promptly.

16. Confidentiality

Each party may learn non-public information belonging to the other — membership figures, giving data, staff matters, unreleased plans, strategies, and internal communications. Both parties agree to use that information only to perform the engagement and not to disclose it to others without written permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

This obligation continues after the engagement ends. It does not cover information that is already public, independently developed, or rightfully received from someone else.

17. Testimonials and Reviews

We may ask satisfied clients for a testimonial or a Google review. Testimonials reflect the honest experience of the person who gave them and are not a promise of similar results for anyone else. We may edit testimonials lightly for length and clarity without changing their meaning, and we will remove a testimonial at a client’s reasonable request.

18. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or republish our content or design without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disable security, or overload our systems.
  • Interfere with the site or transmit malware, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Use our forms to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive inquiries.

We may limit or suspend access that we reasonably believe is being abused.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services, products, website, and applications are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent the law allows. We make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that anything will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

Where a package includes maintenance or support, we commit to responding and working to fix issues as described in that package. That commitment is not a warranty that no problems will arise.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Bee Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost giving, lost attendance, lost data, lost rankings, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of our services, products, website, or applications — even if we have been advised such damages were possible.

Our total cumulative liability for a claim connected to an engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the part of the engagement that gave rise to the claim, in the twelve months preceding it. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity duties, or to fraud or willful misconduct.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Bee Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your materials, your use of the deliverables, your breach of these Terms, your use of third-party platforms, or your violation of applicable law or of another person’s rights.

22. Term and Termination

These Terms take effect when you first accept them and continue while you use our services or products. Either party may end an ongoing engagement according to Section 9. We may suspend or end work immediately for non-payment, for abusive conduct, or for requests that conflict with our mission or the law.

Sections 8, 10, 12, 14 through 21, 25, and 26 survive termination of any engagement.

23. Assignment and Subcontracting

We may use trusted specialists — developers, designers, copywriters, videographers — to deliver parts of an engagement, and we remain responsible for their work. We may assign this agreement in connection with a reorganization or sale of the business, with notice to you. You may not assign your agreement or transfer your digital product license without our written consent.

24. Notices

Formal notices to Blue Bee should be sent by email to contact@bluebeesolutions.net or by mail to 4539 N 22nd St, STE R, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Notices to you may be sent to the email address you provide. Notices are effective when sent, unless a longer period is needed for a mailed item.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current effective date appears at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, except that material changes affecting an active, paid engagement will be communicated to you in writing and the prior Terms will continue to apply to that engagement for its remaining term.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith: first a direct conversation, then a written statement of the issue, then a genuine attempt to settle. If a dispute remains, the parties agree to consider mediation before proceeding to litigation. Neither party waives the right to seek emergency relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

27. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
