Privacy Policy – Spiritual Gifts App

Blue Bee Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Spiritual Gifts App (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the following information when you use the App:

Assessment Data:

  • Your answers to the spiritual gifts assessment questions
  • Your calculated results (Motivational, Ministry, and Manifestation gifts and percentages)
  • AI-generated ministry suggestions based on your results

If You Connect to a Church:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The church code you enter

If you connect to a church, your name, email, and assessment results are shared with that church’s pastor and admin accounts through Kingdom Built. See Section 5 for details.

We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, or crash reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your spiritual gifts results and personalized PDF report
  • Apply your church’s branding (logo, colors, and messaging) through Kingdom Built
  • Provide personalized ministry opportunity recommendations from your church
  • Save and allow you to access your assessment results
  • Improve the App’s performance, features, and user experience
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and fix technical issues

3. Data Storage and Security

Your assessment results and personal information are securely stored using Supabase, our trusted backend provider. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or as required by law.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With the service providers listed in Section 8, who help us operate the App.
  • When required by law, legal process, or government request
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with appropriate protections

5. Kingdom Built Connection and What Your Church Sees

When you enter a valid church code, the App connects to the Kingdom Built platform to show your church's branding and ministry opportunities. Your name, email, and assessment results are also shared with that church's leaders, meaning the pastor or admin accounts for that church in Kingdom Built. They use this to help you find a place to serve. Your information is not shared with other churches. You can take the assessment without a church code to keep your results on your device. To remove your information from your church, email contact@bluebeesolutions.net with the email you used in the app.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you through the Spiritual Gifts App.

To request deletion of your data, please email us at: contact@bluebeesolutions.net

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address you used in the app
  • Your full name
  • The church code you entered (if applicable)

What we will delete:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your church code
  • Your spiritual gifts assessment responses and results
  • Any associated AI-generated ministry suggestions

We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Service Providers

The App is operated using the following service providers:

  • Supabase – data storage and authentication
  • Google (Gemini) – generates ministry suggestions from your gift results
  • Resend – transactional email

Only your gift results (gift names and scores) are sent to Google (Gemini) to generate ministry suggestions. Your name, email address, and church code are never sent to the AI provider. Because we use Google’s free tier, Google may use those inputs to improve its products.

Each provider has its own privacy policy.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
